This hook is designed for larger-than-average edges, thick flakes and shallow pods. Originally created for ground-up first ascents, the Grappling Hook has proven itself to be a necessity on any big wall. Use it on edges that are too large for the Cliffhanger to handle.

Slightly oversized, for hooking larger edges and flakes than a Cliffhanger, the Grappling Hook’s wide bipod base is remarkably stable, even on small edges.
